Single 30 minute Session: $30 
Single 1 hour Session: $45 
4 sessions/ 2 week package: $155 
8 sessions/ 1 month package: $275 


Descriptions

Single Sessions:
30 minutes of training
or
1 full hour of training

4 sessions package:
1 hour assessment (body composition, goals, fitness history,
personalized fitness plan)
4 full hour training sessions
Training will be done twice a week for 2 weeks
($40 add on: Personalized workouts will be formulated and emailed to you for the
other 3 days of each week.)

8 sessions package (recommended):
1 hour assessment (body composition, goals, fitness history,
personalized fitness plan)
8 full hour training sessions
Training will be done twice a week for 4 weeks
($65 add on: Personalized workouts will be formulated and emailed to you for the
other 3 days of each week.)
